Ordering:  Contact local representative or Moda Lighting directly at 818.764.5615, to place an order. Moda Lighting requires all orders to be in writing. Purchase orders may be faxed to 818.764.7335 or emailed to sales@modalighting.com.

 

Terms of Payment: All orders require a deposit of 50% of total product balance. Final invoice will include the remaining balance, taxes, shipping and crating cost. Final invoices are due upon receipt, unless established credit with Moda Lighting. Credit is available in Net 30 with 50 percent deposit, Net 15 with 25 percent deposit, or no deposit but payment due upon final invoice.

 

Freight Terms: All orders are shipped F.O.B. Sun Valley, CA. Freight charges are billed on the final invoice, unless discussed otherwise with Moda Lighting. Moda Lighting is not responsible for damaged to goods which occur in transit or in storage.  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to examine the goods upon delivery and file any claims with the carrier within 24 hours of delivered goods.

 

Warranty:  Moda Lighting warrants its products for 1 year from date of manufacture against defects in material, workmanship or miscalculation (LED’s 2 year warranty). All claims must be made by the purchaser in writing after delivery to sales@modalighting.com or faxed to 818.764.7335.  Warranty does not apply to any products that have been improperly installed, altered or mistreated.

 

Returns and Cancellations of Order:  Return of goods will only be accepted with a written approval and shipping instructions from Moda Lighting. All returns are subjected to a 30% restocking fee and must be in a resalable condition. Cancellations are not allowed without permission from Moda Lighting. Special order products could not be changed or canceled in any circumstances.

 

UL Listing: All Moda Lighting fixtures are UL Listed.
